Season's Greetings

This year, I made my own Christmas cards. For the corporate card, I drew a hedgehog on Pastelmat with soft pastels, and used Canva to add the words and border. This was sent digitally to clients.

In addition, I decided to create a personalised card for each of my copywriters. I used coloured pencils on Strathmore Mixed Media tan 6x8" paper. It's a thick 250gsm paper that's great for making cards. It works ok for coloured pencils though it's quite smooth so it can't take too many layers.

It definitely feels more meaningful making customised cards than sending store-bought ones. Gives more cheer to the season, which is much needed, considering the year we've had!
